These are Abby and Artie's most favorite rewards! Very quick to prepare, extremely easy, undeniably healthy and without any preservatives, sweeteners or stabilizers. And don't forget: Always cook with lots of love!
Ingredients
- 1 teacup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 banana
- 180 g of yogurt
Steps
- Peel and mash a banana with a fork.
- Mix and scramble the yogurt with the banana well.
- Add the oats to the mixture until you get a thick sticky mixture.
- At this stage, add the flour. Mix everything very nicely!
- Brush the bottom of a baking tray with a little coconut oil and place a sheet of baking paper on top.
- Use your fingers to tear off small portions of the mixture and place them on the parchment paper, spreading them out thinly.
- Bake at 180 degrees without a fan for 25-30 minutes. If desired, flip the cookies halfway through the baking time. The mixture will make about two pans.
Voila! Enjoy these treats!
