Homemade Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These are Abby and Artie's most favorite rewards! Very quick to prepare, extremely easy, undeniably healthy and without any preservatives, sweeteners or stabilizers. And don't forget: Always cook with lots of love!

Ingredients

  • 1 teacup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 banana
  • 180 g of yogurt

Steps

  1. Peel and mash a banana with a fork.
  2. Mix and scramble the yogurt with the banana well.
  3. Add the oats to the mixture until you get a thick sticky mixture.
  4. At this stage, add the flour. Mix everything very nicely!
  5. Brush the bottom of a baking tray with a little coconut oil and place a sheet of baking paper on top.
  6. Use your fingers to tear off small portions of the mixture and place them on the parchment paper, spreading them out thinly.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees without a fan for 25-30 minutes. If desired, flip the cookies halfway through the baking time. The mixture will make about two pans.

Voila! Enjoy these treats!
